I was looking at houses. Near a prospect, is the Everett Naval Yard or whatever that is.

The google map showed what appeared to be a shipyard, and possibly a pile of logs and sawdust.

1) Is there a pulp/paper mill there? Does it stink really bad?

2) Is there a TON of noise at all times of the morning/night there?

3) Any drawbacks to that area?

Kimbery Clark is down on the waterfront and smells now and then
Noise is not bad unless you call Morning Colors at the base noise

What street is the place on and closest cross street and I can give more details

All the rich Everett folk live at he top of the bluff so the noise can't be too bad.

IM me the address and I will look into the history around there. Rucker Hill is some high value land, Not a bad area in general, better intel can be had with more specific address or intersection.
