There is an Echolink node on 147.440 that will blast you out in that area.

I'm gonna try for the 0930 test, but they are only taking the first 25, so if I don't make it in I'll just test in a few weeks at one of the normal ones. After that I'm gonna spend pretty much the rest of the show picking out my mobile. Right now it's a toss between getting a TM-V71A/D710 and getting a 110w Motorola Astro Spectra.
