| Well once ya get the NFA paperwork out of the way " FTF" is possible. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I believe in state on a form 4, person to person without a dealer is possible, although unless you trust the other person you might want some sort of legal intermediary to hold the can til the tax stamp is issued/approved etc. If you had a trust set up I suspect that would speed things up. |
