So there I was..... At a bar called Joe's playing pool and drinking beer. When I witnessed a first in my 37 years on this planet. A guy comes in with his buddy and his buddy is carrying a suitcase. Mental note: That's kind of strange. Later on in the night, I notice the guy with the suitcase, is wearing a Masonic hat. I proceeded to ask him about his hat and what it all meant. I wanted to see if he really was a Mason or just one of the hundreds, if not thousands, of people pretending to be. I must have pissed his friend off by my questioning. From out of nowhere, the guy reached into his sock and pulls out a tire iron. He almost swung it at me but his buddy stopped him. Luckily for me or him..... I told the investigating officer that the laws of Washington need to be changed. It's apparently perfectly legal to carry a tire iron in a bar, but not a gun.

He was homeless, according to him. His buddy told me that he uses his tire iron to break into cars for money. On the way out the door, he asked my boss if he had any crack for sale.
