Anyone that lives near me (I am in Mountlake Terrace) have a bore sighter I can borrow for a day or two so I can start getting this AR at least on paper in preperation for finally getting it out to throw some lead? LOL

Take the upper off. Take the bolt out. Put in vice. (or sit it on a phone book any thing).
and
Look thru the hole.
Gets you on paper.
And you can do it at home in your b-day suit if you want to!
