Is it legal to sell a handgun to a private party as long as their 18 or above, and neither of us is licensed? I have a 20 year old that wants to buy my beretta 92f.

WRONG!

You have to be 21 to buy a handgun from a FFL holder, an 18-20 yrold can own and posses a pistol if they can find someone who is a non FFL to buy it from. Straw purchasses are illigal, and one should do certain things to make sure that the party wating to purchase a pistol is responcibil enough to own a pistol.

Non-FFL/Dealers, WA-Residents can transfer handguns to other Non-FFL/Dealers, WA-Residents who are 18+ years of age.
