WRONG! You have to be 21 to buy a handgun from a FFL holder, an 18-20 yrold can own and posses a pistol if they can find someone who is a non FFL to buy it from. Straw purchasses are illigal, and one should do certain things to make sure that the party wating to purchase a pistol is responcibil enough to own a pistol. |
