Love it so far. I had planned to do a multi-thousand round torture test with it, based on a thread in the Rimfire Pistol section of the forum, about whether they were trash or not. So I bought it and got 450 rounds through it before the flood hit... I'll get back to it soon, and will also bring it to the rimfire shoot on the 16th. Either way, I know I like it enough that if it does quit working, I'll fix it and keep it. Sweet little gun. |
Is that an after-market compensator on it? |
No, it's the "Sport" version of the Mosquito. Sometimes it's dubbed as the "Target" version by some silly retailers.... but don't let them fool you.... Sig knows it's not a target pistol, and so do we. But it is about the most fun I've had legally, in a while. |
You better hope Chelle don't read that! |
I remember that one. I posted on page 2 with my "flaming can" |
D'oh!!!
|
Yeah, I just stumbled on to that when I went to bump the thread..... thought I recognized you. |
That is one badass looking can. What kinda can is it anyway? Please tell me it aint fake. |

Tactical Innovations Tac-65 They have a new flame annodizing option. |
I say it's FULL of WIN! ![]() |

Your drinking out of a jar. That gets +6 at least for ingenuity/single guy alcoholism. I hope I get that paid back to me when I post my first dinner pic...I have jars with handles in my cupboard for just that purpose. I do have to question SIG though...with that size baseplate, you think they could put about 40 rounds of 22 LR into a mag... Whats with the UBER stapler, shitty knife? What is that, a letter opener?!
|
I've had similar thoughts.
The stapler is a tack hammer, or 'slapstick', most commonly used for putting up targets like a man does, but also used to help make a living a time or two. The knife is just right. Made by 'Knives of Alaska' in Texas.... ![]() Anything larger is considered 'compensating', and the deer will laugh at you in the woods. |
