Yep, it made it into the double digits for the first time in a few days and the wind chill actually made it above 0. Its actually at a very warm 30 right now... but its supposed to get back down into the single digits pretty quick.
Of course i am currently in Rochester, NY

I would...but this is the Pacific North West....I'd have to tuck my skirts into my logging boots, and that's just silly. How am I supposed to flash my friends with my skirt tucked into my boots?
