My old Vet retired last month. I am in need for a vet hospital with a caring doc. Anybody have someone to recommend in the South Seattle area?

The one that took over for my last one is NOT for my Pets.

ETA: Not in a big hurry but I have a puppy that needs shots and a chip.

Got a good one up here in Mountlake Terrace where we took Darby last month to have put to sleep..........great, wonderful caring people.

But.....not South Seattle

My wife used to work for 5 Corners in Burien. The standard of care there used to be extremely good (and still may be). She still occasionally picks up some relief shifts there. Several of the doctors she really liked have since gone to different hospitals. I'll see if I can dig up locations for them. (One I know is at the new specialty center in Kirkland.)

If he's anything like his father was when he was a pup, you've honestly got your work cut out for you.

Good luck man.

Small animal or large? (And this isn't an Enumclaw joke.)

You should be able to get some of the 1st shots from a feed supply store/grange
some you do have to get from a vet rabies, bordotella (sp?)
The chip, some of those stores/vets also chip but make sure you get the nationwide notification mail-in registry, some of the stores/vets don't automatically do that.
good luck

You can get the "Puppy Shot" + booster from Omaha Vaccine Supply (and other vet supply places) for ~$6 a dose.  Very easy to do it yourself, just inject under the skin of the neck.

Get it and I will do it for you Dino. My mom had a kennel growing up and i have given many shots to pups, including my current dog.
