I've never had a delayed hangover, don't know if they even exist. I woke up feeling fine, went thru the day feeling fine. Cleaned the hell out of the house when I got home today. But now I sit here after dinner and my head feels like it's going to split into two! Not to mention my tummy is not feeling too good either |
They call that 'sobriety'... and it's bound to happen sooner or later if you're not willing to go the distance. Tried it once.... no thanks |
Vodka on the rocks is the worst thing you could do! ![]() ... Unless of course, Vodka was the culprit last night. If that is the case, it's the BEST thing to have! |

I don't think it was any ONE drink in particular that did me in last night |
UNLESS YOU LIKE HANGOVERS, never mix drinks. Also if you can drink milk before going to bed, it helps. BTW stay away for Makers too. |
There is your problem right there rookie... I learned a LONG time ago... NEVER mix your alcohol. Figure out what you want to drink BEFORE you start drinking. If it's beer, stick to beer all night. If it's Whiskey, stay with whiskey, Vodka, so on. That Liquor before beer nursery rhyme is complete BS! Power down some water before bed, maybe an aspirin or two with your water. No problem the next morning! Two of the greatest drinking lessons my dad taught me. The above, and if you HAVE to, how to drive drunk. The later I don't recommend, but it helped a few times. |
Very solid advice, all of it. |

When I'm rehydrating, I find I need more salt then normal. Sometimes just having ramen takes care of that, and settles the stomach, but you've eaten between drinking and now, so I doubt it'll help your stomach. But always water before bed and as soon as you wake up. |
I was pulled over 1 week ago with some everett pd cop accusing me of being drunk, and that I must have had more than one drink, and any one tha admits to only one must have had many many more I blew a .01 on the little bethathingie' he told me I was free to go |
