It is a piece of 12H channel with the bottom cut off. It will hold up a 25ton hoist loaded. I think it will stand up to any barrel nut! The bumper (yes C&7 is is on the back bumper of the RV) is 4x6 tubing 10 guage. The bolts are grade 8.

It's use is regulated by beer (real beer C&7)
