Now I know why they say to watch out for you!! I NEED MY SLIDELOCK FIXED!!! |
You can go to any independent muffler shop, slip the guy a few bucks and he'll fix you right up. They do wirefeed welding all day. Other than that, you can drop it off here or mail it to me and I'll take it to my guy. |
Just don't forget the Latte, or he won't even answer the door! ... Also, you might want to take a second one when you pick it up. |
I dont know if I trust a muffler shop to do a tight weld. I saw that you live in Everett. Im in Marysville. Is your guy in the area? |
Honestly though, filling in a hole is one thing, if this gets burned through, or not done just right it is toast... Honestly I would rather JB weld it for now, and wait till I could find a guy that is good with that little stuff ( Like maybe a jewler) then risk it to slag on a attempt with the bigger stuff. |
It looks like for ~$200 you can buy another one and make yours a parts gun.

It is a real small weld on a very thin piece of metal.. |
