Using the powers that I don't possess.. I'm going to take a stab at this...
I have... - No idea who SMI is. - No idea what they were bidding for. - No idea who they were bidding against. I would venture to guess.. - This might be a Halliburton slam. - This might be a Bush/Cheney slam. - This might be a no bid contract slam. - Skip is hanging out with Cindy Sheehan. Again, I have zero authority on the matter, just throwing a guess out there, being an asshole, and upping my post count all in one move!  |

maybe they are the same but they had the last contract for role players for ft lewis and lets just say. they screwed it up everyday when they had it. now a new company has it . and well they sure didnt plan it right but hopefully they will do better they had one interviewer for about 100 people |
