Ive been pretty busy so I dont know if this is a dupe, but any of you guys watch the saddam execution video? He may have been a real asshat, but he never pussed out. I dont think I could hold it together like that with a rope arround my neck.

I watched it, got no satisfaction from it. I've been to Iraq twice, thought maybe watching him drop would help. We need to just withdraw and let the whole middle east implode.

You and I both know that right now Iraq has nothing to do with Saddam. I actually had a small amount of admiration for the guy to see him go out with no fear.

I think it's more a case of the buildup of his psycology, years of doiing whatever the fuck he pleased made him beleive he was invincible, immortal, a direct descendant of Saladin and Mahommed.

I think the guy really beleived he was gonna live forever.
