Check out this Story from CNN.  City mandate for head of household to own and maintain a firearm and ammo!  Outstanding! I bet they will have the lowest crime per capita in the country if it were to happen...

In written comments, Statkowski said homeowners have a right and a responsibility to defend against intruders rather than calling police and waiting for help to arrive.

Somebody gets it.

Don't worry,

You will all find out soon enough that the 2A is NOT an Individual right, and all of your Firearms will have to be turned in.

Kennessaw in GA also has such ordnance, I was told, since the civil war.   Not enforced, though.

Also, if we consider that Switzerland's citizens are conscript reservists of their army and keep military weapons in their houses this is not that new.   Of course, the crackheads that keep saying "guns are dangerous" conveniently forget to mention that.

Not ALL... Only the ones on record or the ones that didn't go "splash"...

Not sure I want my nieghbor to have a gun. If he kept his gun in the same condition he keeps his house and yards it would probably blow up in his face...... I should give to him to get a gun. If I gave it to him I might get sued. Maybe the family would move away if he kicked the bucket. I may be on to something here

Not nearly enough are "getting it."  Logic is just beyond some people.

Example:

A shooting? In downtown Chicago?  Impossible! Handguns are banned in Chicago
