Tangeant reported that they have an amazing selection of overpriced crap yet again.  Including an old geezer trying to sell an '03 for $4,000 dollars.   It apparently was used by Sgt. York and rebuilt by John Garand himself in the 1930's, then used by FDR to shot down jap planes at Pearl Harbor.

You will be so unimpressed you will start voting for them to close the "gun show loophole".

Suckfest as usual, It's a three day show so it goes to 6-7pm today " Friday ". I went this afternoon before work. Alot of waay overpriced crap and overall the smallest 3 day show in history..

$ 3950 rebuilt 03 Springfield. Dealer noticed me looking at it and asked what I thought . I say it is way overpriced for a rebuild but it is a nice rebuild no less and IMOP it's worth $ 800-1k at most. He pulls out his BB and says it says $ 6k for % 100 and %80 for a rebuild. I say no it says SUBTRACT % 80 for a rebuild and even that is too much at $1200. He says " I'll leave the price on it and see what happens".

I'am mostly into C&R and pretty much anything like that was outragousily(sp) priced. There were alot of trapdoors, 03/03A3's, 1917's and M1's at the show and the usuall $900 korean import carbines that are at every show..

Not much for AR's, the usual $ 3k Sp1 and assorted mixmasters. Very few nice AK's. $ 400 chinese SkS's etc...

If ya think Spokane's show sucks, try Sandpoint's :)  I LOVE Spokane shows, there's guns that aren't older then me and FACTORY ammo! I'll be there tomorrow ,eating beef jerky, looking for beanie babies/dreamcatchers/$3 airsofts and loving it all.

It's all we have over here so the wife and I still enjoy going.
I'm a low budget, married with children guy so getting to  drool over, and even fondle stuff I would otherwise only be able to see on the internet is worth it to me.
Besides, if you look hard enough you might find a bargain, I picked up a Marlin mod. 60 for $30 this show. Internals are nice and shiney, the barrel just has some surface rust. It'll be fun to refinish over the winter.

I was not disappointed at all! I thought it was a pretty good show for the most part. The usual overpriced stuff, AR's and AK's and such. Ammo prices seem to be pretty good, way to many Airsoft guns. There was this guy from Hern Iron Works that had cannon barrels, now that would be fun to play with. Pistol prices seemed to be about the same as we had them in Texas.
Overall not bad at all, but then again what the hell do I know.
