Ok. Because I value the opinion of people I know I'm asking this here. Would this be better than the standard trigger assembly in an AK? I'm looking to make it more bump friendly. TIA. |

| It depends on the FCG you've got installed. Some of the Century and even original FCGs are decent. A lot of them that I've played with (I'd say 50%+/- ish) of the rifles I've fired have some nasty trigger slap with the original FCG. Dropping in a G2 is a cheap fix, the Red Star is a much better quality piece. I've got G2s in my 2 converted Maadis. I can't justify an $80 FCG in an AK, so the $35ish G2 gets my vote. |
A sixpack of beer, a latte, a dremmel tool and a couple hours at DaBunnys house was a lot cheaper than either one and it took out 90% of the slap on my MAADI. |
