What does the state of washington define as a secondary school, and further more does the statement "or areas of facilities while being used exclusively by public or private schools:" pertain to only the public and private elementaries and secondary schools or does that state encompass colleges and universities as well?

I guess what I am asking is. According to WA state law are college campuses off-limits? Granted I'm pretty sure every school has a policy against weapons on campus and will expell you if busted, but I am just curious about the legal aspect.

A prior discussion that traveled into other areas, but should cover your question. Make sure to read what ColdFusionGuy wrote on page 3.

But secondary school are grades 7-12 and 9-12.

You'll find the prohibitions against carrying on college campuses in the WAC.

Yes I did find it by searching for thread author SKSGuy, who didn't come to LCR.

Bad SKSGuy!

You need a copy of Washington Gun Rights and Responsibilities, you can find them at the WAC gunshows and sometimes Dave is even there to sign them.
