You guys told me to ask, so here I am. The short of it is, I went to visit today and they searched the car. His LBE was in the back with some very 'interesting things' in it. I'm gonna need a lawyer, I think. Bump the cell or IM me for details.

Thanks, dropship for getting the names for me again, Bobbity for helping me sift throught all that is here that I have no clue what it is, and V for letting me bring our safe and it's contents to your place this week. I will call those lawyers as soon as I get the names. This just sucks.

Please keep us updated, so you don't get over-run with dealing with all of us instead of the situation itself.

Legal counsel is my first thought, but if there is another way to help, I want to know about it, and will be there.

I am not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV, but my gut feeling on this one is that it will be OK.

It will Probibly be ok, because i think that if they were gonna do something they would have done it there.

Yup, that looks just like it.  I've seen it many times, as I am sure others have, he always had it with him.  Now I understand, he was going to have her smuggle his LBE in under her shirt and he was going to escape from the laundry.  I guess the AR and/or the Fenian gun goes down the pants leg.
Makes perfect sense to me.  Does anyone think that sounds like him?????
Most of the time when he came to visit me, he would bring some of his 'arsenal' to show me all the cool stuff.  I liked to brag to him about my meager toys also, and took them to his house.  I knew this gun stuff was in the car, guess I should have reminded 9Millie to clean it out.
I hope he doesn't lose his good behavior time, have to spend too much time in lockdown, get more time added to his sentence, etc.  I will be REALLY upset.
Remember, as I posted before, what we do affects him.  I believe the signs say vehicles and occupants are subject to search, most facilities do.  Clean out your cars and pockets if you going to visit.  Something he had no control over and he gets slapped.  NIIIIIIICE
