Ask your buddy if he was hunting today by the highway. I was driving south from Ruggs to Heppner and there were a group of hunters next to the highway with a dog on point. I stopped as I could tell from the dog that there was a bird in the bush. Good thing I stopped too as just then the bird flushed and the gunner shot OVER the highway. Got the bird.
