MILITIA are comprised of people who spend $100 on a pair of slacks?

Am I allowed to make fun of that fact as much as a woman spending $100 on a pair of jeans is made fun of? Both acts are a little crazy to me. But I can understand paying the money for a utilikilt.... those are hot.
