You mean a city that has at least a dozen MAJOR freeway systems (4 lanes or more)
Versus a town that has ONE 4 lane freeway and 2 half ass freeways (2 or 3 lanes and a carpool lane I-90 & 405)....I'll take the Freeways where people drive 75 MPH because they KNOW HOW TO DRIVE versus morons that drive 50 MPH in the "fast lane" and don't know how to merge worth a shit. Now if you are talking about "Scenary"....thats a different story. BTW---Tell us how much you hate So Cal this winter!!!!!! Sure wish I had a Tommy burger right now.

Too bad the original Roberto's in San Diego (off of Balboa) is long gone...
Now it's Humberto's, Dillberto's, Dogberto's....

Some of the best Mexican food comes from a burrito shop in Oxnard off of 5th Street that is run by a guy who can't speak any english too good.

Their meat selection includes sliced pigs head, sheep intestines and cows tounges.

Are you kidding???

I guess a nice city is one that has to have barbed wire in on any-and-everything just to keep people from tagging it, and trowing stuff off overpasses at moving vehicles.  Or deadlocked traffic-jams @ 10am.  roads that havent been maintained since the 60's because the traffic volume is so heavy, it would cause apocolyptic congestion.  Not to mention taking a wrong exit off of the freeway can land you into a neihborhood you might not make it out of.

Seattle for all of its yuppy liberal problems, has little or none of those problems.  Yes... traffic can be bad sometimes.  But NOTHING LIKE LA.  And Ill walk down the worst street in seattle or tacoma with no real problem.  Ive been in every "ghetto" in the NW region.  Try that in Inglewood or Long Beach, just to throw some names out.

Most people may agree with you about the LA weather being better, but I kinda like seattle in the winter.

If 90% of the LA population would commit mass suicide. then it would be pretty nice.
