In general it's not possible. There are no provisions in WA for Short barreled rifles which is what you would be creating by putting a stock on a pistol. AOW is any other weapon; a special category used under the NFA to cover anything that isn't already defined a common example is a pistol with a vertical foregrip another is a shoulder stockless short barreled shotgun.
