I'm looking @ getting a BCM midlength that has a threaded barrel, flash hider, and bayonet lug. I know the first two are legal here, but what about the bayonet lug? Anybody familiar w/the regs in PA?

Those are standard features, just like standard capacity (30 rd) mags. Perfectly legal in PA, no crazy bans / regs like some other states have.

Can you even get a BCM upper these days? I keep checking their site and it says they're out of everything.

They had a bunch in stock a couple days ago, someone posted in GD about it. My guess is that they only lasted a couple days, if not a couple hours...
