TIA |

IIRC
Everything is legal. Depending on your location the sheriff might not sign off. You can use a trust. Try Josh Prince at Prince Law. IIRC for destructive devices Autoweapons is the only dealer I know. So buy the unit. Get the paperwork. Take it to the sheriff/leo for sign off. Send in to ATF wait Wait Wait...Pick up your toy. |

Can someone give me a quick schooling on the process here in the commonwealth? TIA My family and I went with the LLC. We all buy and register NFA weapons on our family LLC. We can all take them out. No picture, no finger prints, and no cleo signoff. My cleo will not sign. He did me a favor by not signing and got me to go with the LLC. Dane |
