| I have had that problem a couple of times. Take the gun to the PA dealer. They will book it in then book it out and ship it for you. They will charge you a fee plus the shipping costs. I have had this done for as little as $25 plus shipping. When I sell any firearm at this point, I place the info in my for sale ad that I am not an FFL so extra charges will apply if the receiving FFL requires the firearm be shipped from an FFL and will not accept from an individual.
