| I was at the Hamburg Cabalas today, first time since the end of March. I was totally amazed at how empty the ammo shelfs were. It's kind of scarey when you think about it. If you are not stocked up by now I think you missed the boat.... |

YUP Sad,I haven't really been following ammo prices lately,I'm fairly confident that I have enough to last several years, however when I looked the other day @ current prices fo r7.62 x39 I was absolutely apalled.I'm afraid that the only way to bring ammo prices back in line is for us all to stop buying it alltogether, then the companies that are jacking the price WAY up will have to come back down. But I don't think the shooting comunity as a whole will participate with this,so I guess were screwed. |

I stopped by a few other places also, all the shelfs are empty. This is just nuts, have to wonder if the government has not already put the breaks on the suppliers! Something even wierder than hording is going on here.... Highlighted my thoughts on the matter.

I'm fully stocked at 1000 rounds on reserve and 800 in line for range use plus 1200 that will only be used for carry...I'm going back down to a box or two when I can find it instead of 6-10.
.223 is another story but it is price prohibitive at this point. I need alot more to be comfortable...but thats all mail order, very little Walmart stocking there... |

we zealots of the (Q)kabbalah of hamburg like our gathering place of cabEla's. our cabal will redirect and control this country in our secret meetings.
CABALA'S look up the word cabal and wikipedia it for those that dont know already |

Quoted: hell the gander mtn. by me has wolf and winchester Q3131A1 in stock 10.50 for a box of .223 and 14.75 for the winchester 5.56 so i say F them until i win the lottery, cause i'll clean em' out if i do. I'm with you, bro. I saw Q3131A1 at a Dick's recently for something like $14 a box. There was plenty on the shelves and no one in line to scoop it up. Semper Fi |

thats what you think, it all starts with speling errors. then next thing end of the world. osama/ obama. people get confused then we are all doomed.
havent looked at ammo prices and ill need to soon but kinda scared to since those silly prices i saw at the fun shows in PA were probably the current right ones. |

yes we are screwed but not that bad really, its still wrong but we can have just about anything we want, just not the original guns by name. and no high caps, which we have anyway just not at the range. been to the cabal about 3 times. good trips. too busy tackling building projects right now, have a stash of 5.56 and .223, need .45, 7.62/39, 308. now i have to build a 1/12 twist ar on a forging to use the 55gr i have stashed not to be used by my 1/7. which the 62's are for. |
