What northern counties are the most friendly towards black rifles (ranges, local attitudes, shops, etc.)?

Most of them as long as you stay out of Erie and the far east. In fact most of PA is black rifle firendly. You'll always find a few ranges that won't allow black rifles. Just old folks that are stubborn and think fudd rifles are the only ones we should own.
