I live in Roxborough, but my mailing address is Philadelphia. As I understand it, I have to go to the Spring Garden Street location to drop off my paperwork. I have the main form and two references, but one of them is an Ohio resident, and therefore has an OH driver's license and address. Will this be an accepted reference? I'd really like to get my paperwork started for my LTCF.

they wont call those reference's..   at least they didn't call mine. Just be happy we are in PA.

Philadelphia frequently calls the people listed as references.  Delaware County sometimes does, as well.

here in berks they issue it on the spot takes about 10 minutes in and out with id. they do not call refferences here.
