I don't know about emails, but depending on where you got their number from, it may be wrong. They did a transfer for me at a Harrisburg gunshow last year. Sometime later they sent a letter saying there was a descrepancy with the paperwork and asked if I could call them to clear it up. Anyway, I remember I had a very hard time getting through to them too, but I think it was because I found several phone numbers for them that were incorrect. |
