I think it's the roof and need someone to come out and look at it. Any Roofers, or recommendations. Flat roof, South Phx.

Stell roofing did our roof a few years ago.. they were awesome, finished before their estimated time and they took pride in their work and they were very fair in price too. They do repairs as well.

I use Aladdin roofing out of surprise. I've had them work on my roof when it was caving in, and they were super reasonable. They did good work too.
