Those were some oddball undercover vehicles. I'd never assume the service truck or old Ram to be UC. Phoenix PD has some interesting ones. I have a friend that shows up at my shop in the sketchiest looking vehicles, lol. Then he climbs out in tac gear. 
I believe all of those officers immediately out of the UC vehicles were Phoenix PD. I know the officer that did the ventilating was. |
