Most companies use either one of those, ProE or CATIA.

Also, thank you for the Lucid motors suggestions that looks quite interesting. I am also looking at some other openings in Phoenix area.

Look at Honeywell and general dynamics both have large design groups in the valley.  Also Orbital is growing they have lots of open spots.

More specificity regarding your degree and actual hands-on experience would be helpful.  From the lack of info in your post, your degree could be in social justice studies.

Nothing in heavy equipment? Caterpillar opened up in Tucson for engineering with their plants in mexico. Check it out if it applies.

Also, O'Rielly Chevrolet in Tucson.  Buck is great to work for and if you are a Vet you go to the top of the list.  
Then Ft. Huachuca is hiring and will expand very soon as Trump has promised to expand the Intel Center by 100%.
