| Thinking of moving to prescott area. Any info. on rv or mobile home parks? Also cost of living. Are vehicle inspections required? How about emission inspections? Weather? Anything you could tell me would be great. Thanks |
I'm not from Pres-kitt ( ) but there aren't any annual vehicle inspections. You will have to take the vehicle to DMV if your bringing one in from out of state for a VIN verification and have it registered here. I don't think there are any emissions test there either. Emissions tests are mainly in the Phoenix and Tucson areas.
Weather up there is about like the Midwest. Four seasons and all that. 100 degrees for the extreme summer days and snow in the winter, sometimes.

We have Prescott Action Shooters if you like to compete down in Wilhoit, and a few hours away from Flagstaff, Phoenix, and the Grand Canyon. If you're looking for lots of nightlife action, this isn't for you. It's low stress, low key, and the people here are nice, and want to be left alone and like leaving others alone. For $158 after taxes, I'm registered for two years. I paid that much for one year in California back when I was stationed there, if that tells you something. |
