I need to replace the AC on my rental property. Kind of looking for  a unit that's like 8-10 years old that I can get installed. If someone on here is in the business I'd rather spend my cash with you guys..... it's a roof unit 3.5 ton.
Thanks

Tucson or Phoenix? If Tucson, I grew up with these guys and I've known them for 20+ years. Brothers, they do a lot of stuff. Gun guys, excellent work ethic, and all around great guys. I am in the Phoenix area myself, and I cannot recommend anyone here. I've been disappointed with most everything, so I have these guys come up or another buddy from Tucson when he is in town.

I know for sure they do HVAC and high power, I think they also do low voltage and cabling. In reality, I think they are a small business and they do quite a few other things for their customers.

Don't go through Parker and Sons, they gave me an AC unit that was too much voltage for my house for awhile whenever it turned on my lights would flicker, 1000.00 in electrical work later I got the problem fixed..... Just yesterday I came home and the intake filter they put in was laying on my kitchen floor in a pile of dirt.... They installed that incorrectly too I guess. I'm going to call them Monday and see if they will come fix it. Also before the first year my brand new AC unit I bought from them burnt out they fixed it for "free" but charged me for the service call....

You want a used unit? Not worth it in my opinion. Unit cost is cheap and the only reason a 10 year old unit comes off is because it's been problematic.

On a previous house I bought a used unit from a guy who built an addition and his 3 ton ac was no longer enough to cool the extra square footage. I got an 8 year old unit for 400$+ a crane. Replaced my 20+ year unit for a great price.... maybe I just got lucky on that one.

Thanks for the replies everyone.
