| I have a lot and want to build a territorial / santa fe style house on it . Anyone know a good honest contractor or builder on the far west side ( north west Surprise 163rd and desert vista ) ? I have the funding , lot ,and plans all I need is a Licensed contractor / builder experienced in building these type of homes. Looking to do this asap |

GONIF --- my neighbor owns All Round Construction. I would NOT be recommending him if I personally did not TRUST him --- and apart from being a neighbor down the street --- he's a stand-up guy, licensed / bonded, etc.
They have extensive experience with all sorts of full on construction jobs, not too mention he's been in Arizona his entire life. No job too big or too small. OH -- and note --- he does not advertise, as he still works on referrals and recommendations just like this. Considering that most contractors have gone under in this economy and he is still running strong, speaks volumes. I will IM you his personal cell. He'll happily provide you his ROC number, etc. so you can check his record. Plus his list of referrals is extensive. Ummm did I mention he's also a good 2A type of guy? He can certainly build you a few hidden gun vaults too -- he and I have even discussed this before. Might as well consider that while you are in the process of building the house. |
