| Good evening guys. I think I have a problem, In the process of moving I can not find my copy of my trust that I had notarized. I am was gong to start another build. The question I have is can I print out my blank copy of my trust and have it re-notarized and press on? Yes I know I am an idiot. |

Sure.
You can have multiple copies of the same trust notarized. Generally, I get one notarized, make copies of that one, and store it. You could theoretically write up a completely new one and notarize it. I would just state that it supersedes any copies prior to today's date if the trust shared the same name as the prior one. However, you have a copy of the old so I would just go get it notarized. |
