I have done quite a bit of business with them and for the most part been happy. Buying stuff and doing on the spot gunsmithing work for free or very little cost is awesome. Transfers inbound forget about it, ccw or not, the asking price is way to high. Until the recent madness outbound transfers were acceptable but I don't think Aaron really wants that business right now.

Great place to do business. I've consigned several items to them, bought a couple of cans and some pretty pricy rifles (Colt, Sig). One form 4 pending. They have a lot of accessories if you're the build it yourself type. They get 90% of my business.

Yeah- I will agree with the last part. I think the last time I did a transfer there is was $25 with a CCW.

They have a bunch of NFA stuff and know their stuff. When I started looking for my first can they talked me through options +/- of different ones. They did not push me towards the most expensive or ones they had. Helped a lot.

Not like you need another guy to say it, but I'll do it anyway.

$25 transfer with a ccw, was that inbound? The couple times I've asked he quoted me $45 with a ccw for an inbound transfer. I got quoted $120 to transfer a bolt action rifle out of state plus Aaron told me he would not be able to ship it for two weeks. I ended up shipping it dirrectly to an FFL for around $25. Then again I've only spent around 3-4K in there in the past 3 years, maybe you get better treatment if your dropping the big bucks.

Yeah $25 I had a Glock Frame shipped to them about a year ago. $45 inbound is insane, I was kind of taken back at $25 with a CCW.

I've spent a bunch of money in there the last year and a half.  Pretty much the only place I go now.  They spent a couple of hours I'd be getting me familiar with HK NFA stuff.  I've only had one transfer done and it was an out of state form 4 - receiving.  I think it was like $70.  Honestly I figure they spent that much time helping me out I'll pay what they ask.  When (if) my clones ever get built I'll have them do the transfer even if I have to spend a few more bucks.  I'd imagine they don't really make much off transfers for the amount of time it takes and I'd imagine it's basically a pain in the ass dealing with the paperwork and people calling 20 times to see if their stuff is ready to be picked up.

That place was the first time I ever filled out an electronic 4473.

I got to the part where it asked for 'Occupation' and I was WTF???  I typed in "Man Whore."   Not a word was said.

went in there a month or so ago...

prices were stupid and they were telling (without a doubt) people that standard capacity magazines will be banned in the next day or 2.

A month ago they were on the plate and things were really looking bad...  And regarding prices: ask any dealer right now the availability of anything and they will tell you they can't get balls.  There isn't a single semi-automatic pistol in stock with any distributor out there STILL.  And this is not going to end soon as more anit gun bills are going to be introduced again THIS YEAR.  I suggest that you get a reality check and take a high school economics class so that you can be on the same level as most of society...

I was at Merchant last week and he had a fresh supply of Semi-Auto handguns. There were Glocks, Sigs, Rugers, Colts, Springfields. Etc... The Same goes for ARs. He had several new colts hanging on the walls.

Aside from a tall skinny guy with filthy (calling customers MF) mouth there (don't see him anymore) the rest of them are very nice, I am one of you that spent more than I should there, but found a deal so I went for it.  I also found my BH Serpa holster there after looking for it everywhere else.  They are really cool, especially Ralph and the owner is nice too.  Their prices are a bit high, was much lower a month ago but now for a PMag 30 round mag they are asking $22, a month ago was $13 and what gets me is AR parts are rushing back in along with ammo's and prices should go down instead they are higher, this is everywhere.  I will wait a bit longer to stock up on ammo's when prices reach back down to what they were (if ever) or close to that.

I highly recommend Merchant Firearms (the one I am referring to is at 48th street & Chandler Blvd.....I don't know if there is another one in Chandler...???

A big +1 for Merchant......

If you like them on Facebook he posts, usually daily, the inventory that they received that day...... very cool, or very dangerous.
