I am looking for an AR15 gunsmith in the Phoenix, AZ.area. Does anybody know one they would recommend?

Accuracy Speaks is good. They wrote the book on AR15 accurization for high power. Tim McBride (a member here) does AR15 gun smithing. His shop is located behind AJI. This guy did amazing work on my M1A, so he'd probably do good work on an AR15, as well. |

Both of which are easy fixes, at most requiring a new hammer, which you should already have in your spare parts bin, right? |
