Hey Guys, I am the service manager for a company that provides service to retail stores and restaurants in Az. We are currently looking for a qualified person/company that we can send work to in the Tucson area. We are not looking to be your sole source of work, rather we want to be able to add to your work load. Some of the requirements are that you have the ability to effectively communicate with us and our clients, photo document before and after, have a professional appearance, at times you need to be a MacGyver, understand the importance of cleanliness of the site, the service calls are time sensitive so you need to be able to complete calls the same day (unless we need to order parts). We do have accounts with most of the major supply houses, so obtaining parts is generally not an issue. These calls can be anything from replacing water stained ceiling tiles, painting graffiti, to repairing a freight elevator, changing out cooking equipment, or unclogging a toilet. There will be times when you need to have the resources to call in a subcontractor to complete the task, so the ability to schedule and follow up is crucial. It is vital that we can rely on you to show up at the site if you say you will be there. I know that seems like common sense but I have spent the last several weeks on projects out of town and utilized our local contractors only to have them commit to the project and not show up. I will come down to you to help train you as much as possible so you get an understanding how the entire process works. It isn't difficult but it is detailed.
