Help Wanted: Motivated, reliable, trustworthy workers.
Have you ever looked down at your AR15 and wondered who put together the telestock? Or who snapped the heat shields in your handguards? Well... it could be you! Cavalry Manufacturing makes furniture and other parts for AR15 rifles and other firearms (note: we do not make firearms of any kind). We are an OEM supplier, as well as online retail seller. View our website here. Cavalry Manufacturing needs additional help assembling handguards, telestocks and accessories, routering handguards for heat shields, and packaging product for shipment and retail sale. Pay starts at $8/hour, but there is potential to earn much more as your productivity increases - $12-15 is not rare. Use of light power tools and hand tools may be required, for example, using a hand-held drill to drive screws, a rasp or reamer to remove plastic flash, or a table-top router to cut notches. What kind of worker are we looking for? Someone who is trustworthy and reliable, someone who can work independently, someone who can follow directions well. Someone who is motivated to work quickly - the faster you are, the more you earn - but still make quality product. Someone who doesn't mind doing the same operation over and over again, since repetition leads to efficiency. In addition, we are especially short-handed on Tuesdays and Thursdays... We offer a relaxed environment - as long as you're not indecent, we don't care what you wear (except shoes - no open toes/sandals/etc); you can listen to the radio or your own headphones; you can set your own schedule within our hours of operation, as long as you stick to it; we have a fridge, microwave, and water cooler. In order to work at Cavalry Manufacturing, you will have to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and pass a background check. We are located in south Gilbert, near Greenfield and Queen Creek roads, just 3 miles off of the Loop 202. Email [email protected] with your resume/application, or for more information! |
