Hey all visiting AZ for the weekend from Vegas. Crackerbarrel calls. And just curious if az accepts my nv ccw permit? Thanks for the answer! And if you see a white f150 with a BFL sticker and nv vet plates that's possibly me. Tha is again!
Also anything I should know while driving through with my pistol? Like can I have it on me and loaded? Does the ammo have to be in. A different place than the pistol, ect. |

Carry it however you wish, no permit needed. The only thing is that if you go into an establishment that sells alcohol, a bar or restaraunt, you need a CCW permit to carry in there. You cannot consume any alcohol while carrying in an establishment that serves alcohol for consumption. Enjoy! FIFY. No law against being piss drunk with a gun on your hip. Doesn't make it a good idea, just not illegal. Also, I could have sworn only AZ resident permits counted for bar carry. Not allowed to carry on K-12 campus. Not allowed to carry in city parks that have posted no weapons signs. (I think this also requires AZ resident permit but I could be wrong again) Not allowed to carry in bars that have the proper "no guns" sign, even with a permit. Not allowed to carry on other private property posted "no guns" but the sign itself isn't legally considered proper notification so kind of doesn't matter. Not allowed to carry nunchuks.
You can carry any gun or knife that you are allowed to possess in any manner you wish. |
