Ive had good experiences with Lee Myles transmission off of 91st ave/bell rd.

Stay far away from AAMCO, they will try to fix whatever is wrong with your tranny and then charge you a complete overall.

I had a transmission rebuilt at Tri-City Transmission in Tempe. It wasn't cheap by any means, but they did a great job, and they warranty the trans after they rebuild it for life as long as you have it serviced there annually.
