If she is looking to stay in the Nursing field, Mesa/Gilbert and Queen Creek is the best bet. A new hospital was built in Queen Creek, and a new cancer center in Mesa. My Wife is a RN as well, and working for Banner is better than not working at all.
We just bought a house in Gilbert. Paid about 50% of what it was going for 3-4 yrs ago. Hell of a lot of good deals. If you dont mind doing some work. A lot of properties are Short Sale's or Foreclosure's. Our's was a SS. And we've spent the last few months painting, redoing the lawn, replacing lights/fixtures. The ppl at Home Depot know me by name now. |
