Can anyone tell me why this bill is beneficial? Look horrendous for county sheriff deputies. Please see attached link and contact Gov. Brewer.

Because "merit systems" suck. Those systems reward incompetence and retard excellence. Eventually the excellence leaves and you're left with incompetence.
There's nothing in the law that prevents law enforcement from being part of a union. It just gets rid of the government created union. The only thing wrong with that bill is that Maricopa should be included as well. |
