He will find exactly what you are looking for in your price and will even do some investigating to filter out short sales with multiple offers if you want so you are not wasting time to get outbid on shit. He will take you to the listings you wnt to see but will also provide you with lots of lists of things he thinks will work for you. Also he will take you to see houses whenever you want. Even at night if you want. I called him numerous times when a house was new on the market and he would drop everything and haul ass down to the house to meet me there to check it out in case I wanted to get the first offer in. Plus he is conservative as all hell so you will have stuff to talk about. I highly suggest him. |
| Thanks for the references. Hopefully we'll get in contact in the next couple weeks. The market is just too good to not buy. I really don't see a point paying more in rent than I could possibly get as mortgage payment. Not to mention more space and a little more privacy. |
