Anyone have a CPA they'd care to recommend? Especially one who's real-estate aware? In the east valley would be even better.
Not looking for a tax-prep guy because it's that time of year, but basically want to get advice for next year maximizing rental losses, self employment/1099 deductions... and this whole stupid 'give the plumber a 1099 because he did more than $500 worth of work crap" ––- seems like the old tax situation's getting more complicated every year and I think sticking with turbo tax I might be paying the IRS a little more than I should... |
