I have 6 inches at my house and none of it melted today because it was so cold. Now the skies are clear and that means it's gonna be even colder and frozen in the morning.

Taking the family out sledding with some friends tomorrow - couldn't ask for a better way to end the year!

Wrecked my outdoor flag, gotta take it down and replace it......

The air is always so clear after the front blows through....

I was at the airport today working on my airplane.Here's a pic of Flagstaff from my hangar at the Prescott airport - a straight line distance of about 65 miles, note the snowy peaks of the mountains slightly left of center:



I used the zoom on my camera and took a pic of the peaks from my hangar:

It got down to minus 4 at my house after midnight Saturday morning. My pipes are wrapped and they still froze. I finally broke down and bought a fr%#@ng SNOW SHOVEL!

We had frozen hot water pipes for the sink in one bathroom. Fortunately, no damage.

took the family up to buckys last night to see the ginger bread houses.  The Casino had ICE on the road going up, are they that stupid?
