Has anyone seen legal places in the Phoenix area to buy fireworks yet?
Need to prep for that new year. |

Quoted: I have orered in 150lbs should be here next week. Sadly almost all are sold. I will be ordering in a "bunch" for the 4th. I have to order a case of whatever i want. Shipping is expensive. But i can still sell the stuff for cheaper than the tents do. pm me if you can get anything "fun" |

Instead of going all the way to NM, just come up to Bullhead City. The Indian Reservation gas station / 'smoke shop' less than 10 minutes south of the city has everything you could want. Shit, they've got assortment packs there that take two guys to pick up and move. Just bring stacks of cash to feed your wants!

The law doesn't allow for the fun stuff, the ground works blow.

Just keep in mind that using them in Phoenix city limits is now a Class 1 Misdemeanor (the most severe class). 6 months in jail and $2500 fine. Light a sparkler in your back yard, and you face the same penalty as a guy who flashes his cock at your 15 year old daughter.
Just know what you're up against. |

Pretty funny watchin' people clamor for the stuff that only little girls would buy somewhere else. I know, it's silly. But oh well. I was thinking about fireworks being illegal to use in Phoenix. How exactly would they prosecute that? If someone lights fireworks in my backyard (there's 4 people living here that could do it), who are they going to arrest if no one admits to lighting them? How are they going to convict me if when I get to court (if they arrested me) and I say I didn't light them, they ask the arresting officer and he says "I didn't see who lit them"? |

Did you notice "firecrackers" are not banned? ![]() |

I imagine they would try and pin the homeowner as it was fireworks lit on your property with your permission. |

Second: Me: I didn't give permission. I didn't even know it was happening, your honor. My Attorney: Officer X, did you witness anyone lighting fireworks? Officer X: No. I was just responding to a report. |

Quoted: I believe it is just fines. Probably a situation where they write you a 100 dollar ticket and hope you don't fight it like so many other things.Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Pretty funny watchin' people clamor for the stuff that only little girls would buy somewhere else. The Walmarts in Yuma are carrying fireworks. I'm curious.....what department area are they in? And did you by any chance notice if the prices were any cheaper than the outdoor stands? Inquiring Bears want to know! They have them right as you walk in through the front doors. They're in different sized packs, $10, $19, etc. and up. I got one of the $10 packs and it had some pretty neat fountains and stuff in it. Not sure how they compare to the stands because I haven't seen one here yet. |
| I dont get it. I live here in Surprise and see them for sale even at the local grocery store. There arent any fire cracker per say, just basically the little fountain type things that shoot sparks and whistle and whatnot. My wife bought me a bunch for Christmas. Im I not allowed to use these?? She said she got a little fun pack deal at walmart for 10 bucks. |
