Great place to find AZ Real Estate for cheap. http://www.communitiesinphoenix.com/ |

I just got an amazing house around the I-17 and t-bird, very nice, 1600 hundred square feet only 78k. When I move in in Dec there will be 2 arfcommers in that neighborhood, you should move in, lets make it 3. That's right up the street from where I used to live. My folks still live out there. -SS |

We are going to look around Gilbert and then Tuscon, but are open to other areas. My in-laws just bought a place in Lake Havasu and will snowbird there. We're looking for comfortable and quiet sub-divided living conducive to raising small kids...this is supposed our happily ever after house. Current house in Shitigan is "centrally located"....meaning my sub is way too near to a middle school, high school, a regional airport, the fire station, the police station, shopping, and the community air raid siren. I don't get along well with noise. It stresses me the fuck out. It's never truly quiet here. I haven't been to AZ in about 14 years, so it'll be all new to me again. I'm a fairly serious Sporting Clays and FITASC shooter. I will be leaving an area that has many places to play these games (6 months out of the year, anyway.) I understand that Tuscon has a great shotgun shooting club, but don't know much about what is available in the greater Phoenix area. I'm really looking forward to being able to shoot dove and quail again. |

Hopefully that's enough to find what we're looking for. I live on 51'st Street and T-bird,there are tons of houses on the market due too the boom a few years back.Scottsdale/PV are probably the nicest areas in town.I hate to say it,but PHX has been turning into a shithole for about the last 10 years or so. |

It could be possible that I could meet you?! I live in Havasu, if you're up my way let me know. I suppose I could clear out the stacks of porn and beer and skin shade lamps for ya'. Quoted:

Quoted: I live in Vail, a sub SE of Tucson. By far has the best Schools in Tucson. Let me know when you hit town I can show you around and I have a real good friend thats a real estate agent. good luck bro. HA! Vail has the best schools in... Vail. 7M3, enjoy your house hunt. I'm sure you'll be happy where ever you decide to settle in. |

Gilbert is night and day different from even 10 years ago - MASSIVE expansion there. Some very nice neighborhoods, though a little too cookie-cutter for my liking.
Tucson is quieter but has a higher libtard ratio unless you are on the far east side or the north/nortwest. Vail is a nice suburb, but is also going through a pretty substantial growth spurt. The northeast side is maybe a little more expensive, but is quieter and more conservative. There is a very nice county shooting range aoutheast of town that is open Thursday-Sunday, an indoor range on the east side I cannot recommend, a nice 7-day shooting park far to the west, and a third county range on the far northwest side that is a little undeveloped but nice. |
|
Gilbert is a nice area, pretty quiet still even with the expansion and you're near enough in to get to whatever you want relatively quickly. You're also within fairly close driving distance of Rio Salado: http://www.riosaladosportsmans.com/ |

We were afraid that Tuscon would be too small and we'd have to compromise on something like access to schools, healthcare, and keeping the woman busy with woman things. |

Tucson city schools are great to if you oppose SB1070, I think they even teach drug smuggling and disallow the use of English in th classroom too! Shssh. Don't scare him off until *after* we get our 250 round ammo tax! (.45acp plz) Welcome. Now, come visit in July & see if you still like it. |

Yeah, you'd have a real hard time suggesting someone move to Tucson, without first warning them of massive Libtard population, and the open arm welcome they seem to give illegals. Not my cup of tea. |
|
I'll be going to that. Hit me up, I'll be off that day.
What service do you have? I find that I have 3G almost the whole way from Phoenix on my Verizon phone. Quoted:

I'll planning on listing my old place first week of January. It's in a county island (no city property tax) between Mesa and Apache Junction. Once I have new carpet installed it will be move-in ready. It was a great place when we had small kids because it was the last house on a dead end road. It's about 10 minutes from the aforementioned Rio Salado range.
Price will probably be in the low 130's high 120's. If you want to see it when you come out let me know. |
| Sorry dude Tucson is closed to new residents, We are overcrowded with Illegals and Libtards. The only exception is a 2 for 1 transfer, for every family member you want to bring here you must send 2 libtards or illegals back to the lefty coast. You can use any way you see fit, but everything must be documented and submitted to the Southern AZ Association of Patriots. |

I live in chandler. right next to gilbert. There is pretty low crime and good schools. police response time is very fast and not a lot of traffic other than rush hour when everyone is commuting. It seems to me the layouts of gilbert and chandler neighborhoods are a bit better than most of the more central areas too. they don't run a grid through the neighborhood blocks which keeps non local traffic at a minimum. housing prices are very good in both places too. I lived all over the valley and decided south east valley was definitely the best place to buy. I kinda liked peoria but it's so fucking far from everything . |

Tuscon is that fucked up, huh? I have started to teach my 3 y/o son conversational Spanish, but.... I guess we can spend more time looking in other places. I LIVE in Tucson, it is NOT that bad...... A MUCH nicer place to live than Phoenix! We have our share of idiots, but no more than up north. Northwest/Marana is little Cali, south side(esp. South Tucson) is a bit like Mexico, but the rest of town is pretty mellow. We DO have the BEST college sports teams in the state..... |

Therefore, your comments as to the superiority of Tucson will go with out an agressive, negative response this time. However, didn't you people just elect that Juan Grijalva guy, for another term? How can Tucson be better, when that POS is based out of there? Ha! Take that!! Phoenix wins by default!! Plus, we have more MX tracks than Tucson. Didn't you guys just lose your one and only track? |

Not sure if your dead set on Gilbert, but Mesa Has some pretty good close knit neighborhoods with some good bargains. Either city would be right up your alley as long as your not bringing the guy from your avitar picture.
Hope you find a nice place. I love this state. Cant imagine living anywhere else. |

Quoted: snipped Good stuff...thanks. Mesa is not out of the question. It all depends on the vibe of the neighborhood. I just need to be there to feel it out in person and I'm sure the right one will present itself. Not like there is any shortage of nice houses at great prices right now. Wife was browsing the listings today and found one she loved. She sent me an email with a link to the listing..."Please buy this. Thx." We're going to be picky this time; this is the last house I plan on buying for a long time. I need tile and stone everything. I never want carpet again. I need 3 bed /2 full bath / big fucking garage / a real office with cherry~mahogany~leather~accouterments. I need a pool. If I'm going to move to the suburbs of hell, I need a pool. Plus, I'm a big fan of titties and having a pool is therefore relevant to my interests. Glad to hear that Verizon has decent coverage, too. I was kind of disappointed in the veteran's license plates that AZ issues, though. Bleh. It is 29 fucking degrees and a lovely shade of gray outside my window right now. I just helped the old man pack his shipping container. They leave Friday. I can't wait for it to be our turn. |

So location doesn't matter for work?
I'd go Chandler, Glibert, Higly area. Generally southish like by the 202. These are all newer, nicer areas that attract the higher end folks you want to be neighbors with. PM me if you want any specific advice. 34yrs. here and raising two little girls, I get it. |

Tucson isn't too bad if you stay out of Tucson city limits. Catalina foothills is very nice and excellent schools if you can afford the houses. No it's all screwed up no matter whereyou go.I was talking to my buddy who has a son that goes to Foothills, He said most of the kids act like spoiled entitled punks, and most of the parents are clueless liberals.... sorry my kids will never celebrate Diversity Day |

I will be relocating my small business....I can work wherever there is phone, internet, and an airport. My wife will need to eventually get a job, so being proximal to a metro area will be helpful. I need access to a decent health care, and the kid needs good schools. And yeah...you definitely get it. My wife and I appreciate all of the input and we're looking forward to meeting most of you. genesis I'm not so sure of... |

You would be surprised at the houses that hit the market in Phoenix right now. The first house I put a bid on was a 2200 square foot 3 bedroom 2 and half bath, 2 car garage for 76,000. |

His district covers much, much more than just Tucson..... I'd be interested in seeing a breakdown of where his votes came from. And, yes, we did just lose our only MX track..... Pima Cty supes are ASSHOLES! Didn't affect me a lot, I ride the dez and mountains way more than tracks. Hopefully, a new operator will step up and take PMP over... But, I'd still rather live here than PHX.... |
